Digital scans, photographs or other dental records may be taken to help plan your treatment, and your dentist can then develop a personalised treatment plan and explain how your teeth are expected to move throughout the process.
Once your aligners are ready, you’ll wear each set as directed, generally changing to the next aligner according to your treatment plan. Aligners are typically worn for most of the day and removed for eating, drinking and oral hygiene.
